WishList Meme

Lifted from the lovely and talented cygny:

Step One
- Make a post (public, friendslocked, filtered...whatever you're comfortable with) to your LJ. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fandom-related ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.
- If you wish for real life things (not fics or icons), make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you.
- Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your LJ, or link to this post (it'll be public) so that the holiday joy will spread.
Step Two
- Surf around your friendslist (or friendsfriends, or just random journals) to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part:
- If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it.
You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call.
There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

So, without further ado, my wishes...

Fantasy Island Wishes:
1: Be independently wealthy so I can just write books, hang with my family, go to cons, etc.
2: Somehow convince filmmakers or TV producers to make a movie/miniseries/series from Digital Knight (or Diamonds Are Forever, or anything else I have in mind). (#2 might or might not lead to #1, which is why it's separate)

Commercial Purchases (Actually Possible Though Some May be Expensive:)
(See my Amazon.Com Wishlist)
Not on the Amazon Wishlist because I don't know which one to choose: a PDA, probably PalmOS. But I don't know which ones are the best, since I've never even used one.
A punching bag (one of the big cylindrical sandbag thingies, not a speed bag) and the means and so on to hang it with.

Noncommercial Gifts:

Cool pictures of things out of my stories that people feel like drawing. My particularly favorite things I'd like to see pics of would be:

Virigar (I like seeing how other people envision him); my favorite scene for him, as anyone knows who's talked to me, is the one where he transforms in the hospital and roars, shattering glass on the entire floor.
The Maelkodan
The scene from Diamonds where Jodi and Clint are facing down the Magon (I wanted that scene for the cover... I mean it would have been so... BAEN!)

Such pics could be manga/anime style, SD, high art, I don't care, it's all good for me. :)

Pictures from (or even better, video captures from ) two of the Cosplays I was in, if anyone has them -- the Great Dragonball Skit (AnimeEast 95) and the Saint Seiya Skit (Katsucon 3).

Let the eternal Christmas music begin...
